I ordered the wrong size, can I return/exchange the item?

No, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully.

I put the wrong information when checking out, what can I do?

If you wish to change any information on your order such as an address, please email support@outofcharacter.store ASAP with your transaction ID. We will not be able to change anything if the order has already shipped.

I got sent the wrong size/wrong item, what is going on?

If your order is wrong please send it back and email support@outofcharacter.store with your transaction ID or email used with the order and we will get you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.

When will I get a tracking number?

You will be sent a tracking number within 48-72 hours of your purchase. If you have not received a tracking number after 72 hours of your purchase, excluding weekends. Please contact us at support@outofcharacter.store

My order says delivered, but I don’t see it

Sometimes our shipping provider has a delayed system, before emailing please wait 1 business day for it to arrive. If you can’t find it, ask your neighbors and housemates if they have seen it. If it still doesn’t show up please email us.

I didn’t get any stickers with my order

Stickers are randomly sent when available and on hand. They are not available for purchase, rather they are randomly sent with orders based on availability. You are unable to get stickers unless sent to you.
